Do you install CCTV across all of Dubai?
Yes. Our engineers cover Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Business Bay, JLT, Marina, Jebel Ali, Al Quoz and every other part of Dubai. The site survey is free wherever your premises are located.
Is your installation SIRA-compliant?
Yes. We install CCTV systems to the requirements set by Dubai's Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA) — camera placement, recording quality and retention are all planned with compliance in mind.
How many cameras will my premises need?
It depends on your layout and what you need to cover. During the free survey we map entry points, blind spots and high-value areas, then recommend a camera count — most small offices need between 4 and 8 cameras, while larger premises need more.
Can I view my CCTV cameras remotely?
Yes. We configure secure mobile, tablet and desktop apps so authorised users can watch live feeds and playback recordings from anywhere, with multi-user access controls.
Will the system keep recording during a power cut?
On-site recording continues as long as the recorder has power, so we recommend a UPS backup for the recorder and cameras. Remote viewing pauses until the internet connection is restored.
